As the name suggests UB Marley performs hits from Bob Marley & the Wailers and the hugely popular UB40 in a sensational show.

Robert Nesta Marley, (Bob) was born in Nine Mile, Jamaica in 1945. He is considered one of the pioneers of reggae, his song writing managed to fuse elements of reggae, ska, and rocksteady. With hits such as Three Little Birds, No woman no cry, Redemption Song and One Love his songs are still as relevant today as when they were written. 2022 marked the 50th anniversary of Bobs first visit to London in 1972 and with the popularity of ‘Get Up, Stand Up in London’s West End, he is as popular today as ever.
UB40 are an English reggae and pop band, formed in December 1978 in Birmingham, England. They are still touring. The band has had over 50 singles in the UK charts at some point. Songs such as Red Red Wine and Kingston Town are still played as much now as when they were released.

UB Marley is Matthew’s tribute to these two popular reggae artists. Bob Marley and UB40. Matthew can sound just like Ali Campbell of UB40 with the same tone and timbre.
