MATTHEW ALLMAN’S GALLERY
Matthew was born in Barbados, attending Combermere School. He was the year above Rihanna and performed with her in the school choir. Since his early 20s Matthew has performed as the lead singer for both 1359 and Brass Soul. Once Matthew relocated to the UK, one of his first projects was providing vocals on the “Chilliagon” album with Spragga Benz. This album went to No.1 in the reggae charts.
Matthew is an amazing soulful vocalist, lead singer and songwriter with a wealth of experience performing in Barbados and the UK. Matthews musical inspiration comes from Motown and Blues artists such as Sam Cooke, Otis Reading and Marvin Gaye. His favourite song to sing is “A change is gonna come” by Sam Cooke.
